Crescent Communities Unveils Hidden Harbor

Seneca, S.C., Oct. 8, 2007 … Crescent Communities has opened Hidden Harbor – its final release of homesites for the year. Hidden Harbor is a gated enclave of only 11 homesites tucked away on the western shore of Lake Keowee.

Each homesite is waterfront, facing one of the lake’s most tranquil, deep-water coves.
Shaded by towering oak trees and averaging more than one acre, Hidden Harbor homesites are priced from the high $300s to the $500s.

“Waterfront homesites on Lake Keowee are in high demand,” said Scott Munday, director of development for Crescent Communities on Lake Keowee. “Lake Keowee is renowned for its beautiful clear water. But in this deep cove, the rich blue-green color is so intense, it’s almost mesmerizing.”

Lake Keowee is 45 minutes from Greenville, S.C., and 90 minutes from Atlanta. Set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Hidden Harbor is located on the west side of Lake Keowee. To arrange a tour, call John Hamrick Real Estate at (800) 861-4904. More information about Crescent communities on Lake Keowee is available at www.keoweeliving.com.
