Crown President Kathryn Blanchard Honored at IPREX Conference

Kathryn Blanchard, president of Crown Communications, was honored as a past president of IPREX during its 25th anniversary celebration in Boston in September. Blanchard, who served as the worldwide president from 2005 to 2007, is one of 12 partners worldwide who have held the office in the organization’s history.

Blanchard has more than 25 years' experience in marketing communications. She began her professional career in non-profit public relations, and she remains active in the community. She has served on the boards of the Hornets’ Nest Girl Scout Council, the Bridge Jobs Program, the Children's Law Center and Appalachian State University's Loyalty Fund. She is also on the Department of Communication Advisory Board and Alumni Leadership Committee of her alma mater, Appalachian State University.
