Crescent Communities on Lake James Releases New Waterfront Homesites

Lake James, N.C., Dec. 12, 2008 … Crescent Communities on Lake James has released Obeth Road at 1780, the first collection of waterfront homesites to be released on Lake James in more than a year.

Obeth Road at 1780 features eight waterfront homesites and one lake-access homesite on a quiet peninsula. The homesites, which start at $350,000, range from more than 2 acres to almost 8 acres and feature generous building envelopes that can accommodate multiple dwellings.

The 1780 community is named for the year the patriot Overmountain Men militia marched through the Lake James region to South Carolina to defeat the British in the Battle of Kings Mountain.
